I’m Katy Hill. I work with Colorado A/E firm leaders who are responsible for their firm's next stage of growth. 


My work is grounded in the specific dynamics of multi office A/E firms in this state and the markets they are moving into. I study the fee environment, the client relationships, the sectors accelerating right now, and the way this industry operates here. Not as theory. As the lived reality of the leaders I speak with and the patterns I see across the region.


I started KTHill Consulting on one conviction: the best outcome of any engagement is a firm that no longer needs me. That means building your internal capacity to lead your own evolution, not creating dependency on a consultant. Strengthening the firm’s Strategic Intelligence so the thinking stays with the firm.
